Led by Dr. Marv Southard (former Director of the largest county-run mental health services organization in the United States, the Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health)

 

Dr. Chu served as a Mental Health Trainer and Clinical Psychologist at Los Angeles County of Mental Health. She worked directly with the Board Liaison to the LA County Board of Supervisors Adrienne Hament.

As a LACDMH Mental Health Trainer, Dr. Chu was blessed to share her knowledge and experiences with many Tzu Chi USA (美國慈濟) Volunteers who strive to ease suffering on Earth.
