This online coaching program was designed by Dr. Chu, who is passionate about helping others discover their strengths, create their own secrets of success, and use their unique intellectual abilities to overcome challenges in life without self-doubt and self-judging.

THE SECRET TO ACHIEVING LIFE SUCCESS IS TO EMBRACE YOUR INTELLIGENCES

Dr. Chu’s sequenced nutritional intelligence-based program is inspired by Dr. Howard Gardner’s “theory of multiple intelligences.” Dr. Gardner is an American developmental psychologist and the John H. and Elisabeth A. Hobbs Research Professor of Cognition and Education at the Harvard Graduate School of Education. His theory has revolutionized how we understand intelligence. Dr. Gardner emphasizes that individuals do not have just an intellectual capacity but can achieve more success by integrating their intelligences (more than one intellectual ability) and using them wisely (focusing on strengths rather than weaknesses). These multiple intelligences can be nurtured and strengthened based on learning opportunities and styles (environmental stimuli).

"I’m a perfectly good student so I have the requisite linguistic and logical intelligences. I definitely have a lot of musical intelligence. As for interpersonal intelligence, the ability to communicate effectively and empathize with others, I quip that I’m still working on it. I wouldn’t call myself wise, but at age 74, I’m much more able to give people the advice they need or want to hear than I was 20 or 30 years ago. I have good intrapersonal intelligence because I always had a sense of what sort of things I could do particularly well and what sort of things I couldn’t." - Dr. Howard Gardner

WHY IS DR. CHU'S SEQUENCED NUTRITIONAL INTELLIGENCE-BASED PROGRAM IMPORTANT?

"I don’t believe in the one-size-fits-all approach. My programs are tailored to your unique needs. Instead of focusing on using specific modalities (skills-based approach) or pathologizing, I am aiming at discovering what you’ve already had, taking advantage of your strengths, and sharpening your intelligences based on fundamental neuropsychological principles.” - Dr. Chu

"Dr. Chu is a dedicated clinician and psychometrist, who is especially skilled in working with clients who have open workers' compensation and personal injury claims. Dr. Chu is compassionate, knowledgeable, diligent, and easy to communicate with. As such, I am always confident in making referrals to her as I know that clients will be well-taken care of and supported."

THE SECRET TO YOUR SUCCESS-YOU ARE YOUR STORY

"No two people-not even identical twins-exhibit exactly the same profile of strength and weakness." -Dr. Gardener (Harvard psychologist)
